1.Who We Are & Our Role
This Policy explains how Easehawk Technologies Private Limited processes personal data in connection with MoxCheck, the verification capability of the Moxsend platform. For the email addresses you submit for verification — which are personal data of your prospects and contacts — we act as your processor, processing solely on your instructions under the Moxsend Data Processing Addendum. For your own account data, the Moxsend Privacy Policy applies.
2.Data Processed by MoxCheck
- Submitted addresses: the email addresses (and any associated names or metadata in your uploads) you send for verification.
- Verification signals: technical responses generated during checking — DNS/MX records, SMTP handshake responses, catch-all behaviour, disposable/role classifications, and derived confidence scores.
- Service telemetry: volumes, timestamps, credit consumption, and error rates associated with your workspace.

4.What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell submitted addresses or verification results.
- We do not use your submitted addresses to build or enrich datasets offered to other customers.
- We do not email the addresses you verify.
5.Retention
- Verification results: cached up to 30 days, then deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
- Submitted lists: retained for the duration of your workspace or until you delete them; deleted within 30 days of account termination.
- Telemetry and billing records: per the Moxsend retention schedule and tax law.
6.Recipients, Transfers & Security
Data is processed by ZeroBounce under contract. Cross-border transfers use appropriate safeguards (SCCs, PDPL-compliant mechanisms). We apply encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging appropriate to risk, and will notify breaches as required by law.
7.Regional Laws
We intend processing to be consistent with the EU/UK GDPR, Saudi PDPL, UAE data-protection law, and India's DPDP Act 2023.
8.Rights of the People Whose Addresses You Verify
Your organisation is the controller of submitted addresses; individuals should direct rights requests (access, deletion, objection) to you, and we will assist you in honouring them promptly. Individuals may also contact us at hello@moxsend.ai and we will route the request to the relevant controller where identifiable.
