1.Scope & Relationship to the Moxsend Terms
These Terms govern use of MoxCheck, the email-verification laboratory operated by Easehawk Technologies Private Limited, New Delhi, India as an integrated capability of the Moxsend platform. MoxCheck is not sold separately: access requires a Moxsend account, and the Moxsend Terms of Service apply in full. In the event of conflict, the Moxsend Terms prevail.
2.The Service
MoxCheck analyses email addresses you submit through a multi-step verification engine (syntax, domain, MX, live SMTP handshake, disposable/role detection, spam-trap heuristics) and, for accept-all domains, a deeper multi-signal probe returning a confidence score. Results are classifications and estimates, not guarantees of deliverability.
3.Credits & Pricing
- Verification draws on your Moxsend credit pool: five (5) credits per standard verification and seven (7) credits per catch-all deep probe, at the rates published at the time of use.
- Credits are consumed when a check is performed; repeated checks of an address within the cache window (Section 6) are served from cache without additional charge.
- Credit expiry, rollover, and refund treatment follow the Moxsend Terms.
4.Acceptable Use
- You may verify only addresses you hold a lawful basis to process. Submitting harvested, scraped, or purchased lists for "cleaning" in order to spam them is prohibited and is a material breach of both these Terms and the Moxsend Anti-Spam Policy.
- You must not use MoxCheck to build, resell, or enrich third-party datasets, to probe mail infrastructure you do not intend to lawfully contact, or to circumvent rate limits or credit metering.
- We may throttle or suspend verification traffic that degrades shared infrastructure or triggers provider abuse signals.
5.Results, Accuracy & Disclaimers
Verification reflects the state of remote mail systems at the moment of checking; those systems change without notice and some intentionally return misleading responses. We therefore do not warrant that any address classified as valid will accept mail, that catch-all confidence scores are accurate for any individual address, or any particular bounce-rate outcome. Verdicts are provided "as is" to inform your own sending decisions.
6.Data Handling & Caching
Addresses you submit are processed as your data on your instructions, per the MoxCheck Privacy Policy and the Moxsend Data Processing Addendum. Verification results are cached for up to 30 days to prevent double-charging and reduce probe traffic, then deleted or anonymised.
7.Intellectual Property
The verification engine, scoring models, and the MoxCheck marks are owned by us or our licensors. You receive only the limited licence granted under the Moxsend Terms.
8.Liability
The liability framework of the Moxsend Terms applies, including the aggregate cap. Without limiting it, we are not liable for sending decisions you take in reliance on verification verdicts, including bounces, blocklistings, or reputational effects.
9.Suspension, Termination, Changes, Law
Suspension and termination rights, amendment procedure, governing law, and dispute resolution follow the Moxsend Terms.
